Day 29: What are your goals for the next 30 days?
1) Run 5 days/week.
2) Lose 5 pounds.
3) Give platelets at least once (which means passing my hematocrit).
4) Throw Bandon a birthday party.
5) Learn how to use a ‘cup’ and become a waste-free kind of girl. Too graphic? Wait for some awkward moments posts!
6) Survive my 36th birthday.
7) Eat out less.
